I’m guessing that I was most likely just caught up in the moments on those specific days, considering that I’m the type of person who likes to get up in the mix as well as comply with whatever that’s happening since it lets me exist under the illusion that I have some semblance of manage over my life.
It’s so odd to me, though, that I can keep in mind specific minutiae, like chasing down the pastry chef who failed to remember to put the cake topper on the wedding event cake, however I can’t keep in mind the name of the delicate, semi-sheer pink shade of OPI polish I used on my nails.
